YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy
How Kitee handles your information when you visit this website or contact us.
Who is responsible
Kitee is operated by ΔΙΑΛΕΤΗΣ ΔΑΣΚΑΛΑΚΗΣ ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΟΣ ΔΗΜΗΤ, the data controller for this website. You can contact us in Volos, Greece, by phone at +30 694 942 7023 or through the contact form, including for privacy questions and requests.
Contact enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, the type of project you select, your message, the language of your submission and its date. These details are stored with restricted access for authorised administrators so we can respond and discuss your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we process the necessary information under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, including contact on behalf of a business, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to communications and discussing our services under Article 6(1)(f). We do not use contact enquiries for unsolicited marketing or sell the information.
Providing the form details is voluntary, but we need the required fields to understand and respond to your request. You can alternatively contact us by phone. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to handle the request and any relevant follow-up. Once that purpose ends, information that is no longer necessary should be deleted. If an enquiry leads to a client relationship, only the information needed for that relationship is retained. We may keep limited records where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention is determined by whether the enquiry is still active, the need for follow-up, any continuing client relationship, applicable legal obligations and a specific need to preserve evidence. Restricted recovery backups may contain earlier copies until those backups are securely removed or replaced; they are not used for marketing. When restoring a backup, applicable deletion requests must be reapplied.
Website operation and service providers
Hostinger provides the server hosting. Cloudflare provides DNS and, when its proxy is active, content delivery and website security. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to operate and protect their services. Our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) is maintaining a reliable and secure website and preventing misuse. Enquiries are available only to authorised people who need them to respond; providers may process information as needed to supply their services, and disclosure may be required by law.
The providers operate internationally, so some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Their data-protection terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where relevant. You can request further information about safeguards through our contact form. Links to the providers’ terms are available below.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or audience analytics. A first-party preference cookie, kitee-afterlight-language, remembers the language you select. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies to protect access to the content management system. Infrastructure providers may also use necessary security cookies where their protection features require them.
You can remove or block cookies in your browser. Removing the language cookie resets your language preference; blocking administrator authentication cookies prevents sign-in. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls will be updated before they are activated.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If any processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. This website does not use your enquiry for automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
Use the contact form or the phone number above to exercise a right. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable GDPR time limits. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr, or the competent authority in your country of habitual residence or work.
Scope and updates
This notice covers the Kitee website and its contact form. Separate products and client services may have their own privacy notices. We update this page when the way we process information changes. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
